Tour De Cape 5K and Weekend Rides
The Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Department organizes Tour De Cape, a three-day event held January 22–24, 2027 in Cape Coral, Florida. The weekend combines a community 5K run/walk, a Mini Kids Ride, and multiple bike tour options through the northwest and southwest regions of the city.
Packet pick-up and a kickoff celebration take place at The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village, outside Marker 92 near The Nauti Mermaid, where participants receive maps and t-shirts. A limited promotional item is available for the first 250 packet pick-ups. The 5K and the bike tour start and finish activity centers are at Rotary Park.
Support for the bike tours includes grab-and-go breakfast, lunch on route, staffed rest stations with snacks and beverages, SAG vehicles, police support, and route maps. The Mini Kids Ride includes a safety and helmet check before the ride.
