Tough Topanga is a trail running event scheduled for June 20, 2026, at Topanga State Park, Trippet Ranch (20828 Entrada Road, Topanga, CA 90290). Courses and awards

10-kilometer trail course
15-kilometer (Garapito) follows the 10k then adds about 4 miles of singletrack
1-kilometer Junior climbs on the 10k route then veers downhill on winding singletrack

Prizes include a winner-takes-all cash prize, a Downhill Mile cash bonus, and a fastest "Local Legend" award.

Logistics and amenities

Free off-site parking is provided with shuttles on Topanga Canyon Boulevard. Limited on-site parking is available through UltraSignup. The event offers complimentary post-race breakfast and hot beverages, a beer garden for those 21 and older, post-race sports massages by Vision For Enrichment, and free race day photos posted after the event.
