Event Overview
Tough Mudder Philly 2026 is an obstacle course mud run held on May 23, 2026 at Plantation Field, 322 Apple Grove Rd, Coatesville, Pennsylvania, 19320, United States. The event is organized by Tough Mudder and takes place entirely offline.
Participants can choose between several formats on the same day. The 15K course includes 20+ obstacles, while the 5K course includes 12+ obstacles. There is also a Tough Mudder Infinity option, which allows athletes to complete multiple laps of the 15K and 5K courses within an allotted time. A paid spectator ticket offers access to the venue and viewing areas.
The course uses Brandywine’s rolling hills and horse trails, with natural elements like thick mud, river beds, and varied elevation.
Obstacles and Experience
Named obstacles at this event include Devil’s Beard, Well Swung, and Berlin Walls. These feature nets, swinging and hanging elements, and high walls that typically require teamwork and physical effort.
Finishers receive several items: a 2026 finisher medal using the “Hex System,” a Tough Mudder finisher shirt, a finisher headband, and a finisher drink (beer or seltzer).
Parking and bag drop are available, with the option to prepay fees during registration. Group packages are offered for teams of 10 or more people, and there is a volunteer program that provides benefits for event participation.
