The Christmas City Classic 5K takes place on December 13, 2025 in Bethlehem, PA. The event is based at the YMCA, 430 E. Broad St., Bethlehem 18018. The race program includes the following distances:
- 5K run
- 5K walk
Entry fees listed are $40 for the 5K run and $30 for the 5K walk. The walk entry price increases after December 10, 2025. The organizer offers a mug option instead of a shirt for an additional $5; mug orders are accepted through November 30, 2025. Extra T-shirts are available for $18 and extra mugs for $13.50.
Logistics, amenities and awards
Packet pickup is at The Center Lehigh Valley Church, 529 E. Broad St., with sessions on Friday, December 12 and Saturday, December 13 (times provided by the organizer). Parking is available in the YMCA lower lot. Dogs are not permitted; baby strollers are allowed with caution.
The event uses chip timing for both runners and walkers and provides live results via the timing service. Registered entries receive a long-sleeve unisex shirt; if a size is unavailable on race day, the shirt will be mailed later.
Awards for the 5K run include first overall (female, male, non-binary) and top three in each age group (listed by decade from 14 and under through 80+). The 5K walk has awards for first overall female, male, and non-binary finishers. A costume contest will recognize two individual winners and one group (up to four people) with plaques and gift cards.
