Total HealthWorks - Movin' It! 5K Run/Walk for Parkinson’s
The Movin' It! 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for November 1, 2026 in Genoa Park near COSI in Columbus, Ohio. The event is a 5K run and walk that benefits people affected by Parkinson's disease and now also supports the Alzheimer's and Multiple Sclerosis communities.
Proceeds will support Total HealthWorks programs, including gym growth, equipment purchases, facility updates, and expansion of community-based classes. The event also supports a scholarship fund for free classes offered by the organization.
Registration opens on February 23, 2026 and closes on November 1, 2026. The registration fee is $40. Race day registration will be cashless and handled online, so participants planning to register on race day should have a smartphone and a credit card available. Long sleeve event shirts are offered; registration completed before October 13 guarantees a preferred size. After October 13 shirt sizes will be allocated on a first come first served basis and availability will be shown in the registration process.
