The Total Empower 5K is a community running and wellness event presented by Total Physical Therapy, Total Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, and Total Wellness. The event takes place at Cedar Creek Park, Field 6, 3340 Merrick Rd, Seaford, NY.

Amenities include live online, text, and email results, free finish line photos, and personalized bibs for registrations completed at least three weeks in advance. Race results and finish line media are available on the event platforms used by the organizers.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top male and female in each age group: 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, and 90 plus.
Bib pickup is managed by event staff and requires a bib number; self lookup or bib lookup tools are available. Last-minute registrants within 24 hours of the event receive a bib number by text within 90 seconds.
The course consists of five loops. The event emphasizes movement, rebuilding mobility, and personal progress, acknowledging outcomes such as chasing a personal best, completing a first 5K, or walking the course feeling strong and pain free.
