Total Empower 5K 2027
The Total Empower 5K is a community running and wellness event presented by Total Physical Therapy, Total Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, and Total Wellness, held in partnership with Paws of War. The event emphasizes movement, confidence, and personal progress, and connects running with broader wellbeing and rehabilitation goals.

The course is run in five loops. Amenities listed for the event include live online, text, and email results, free finish line photos, and a personalized bib for participants who register at least three weeks in advance. Awards are offered for the top three men and top three women overall, plus the top man and top woman in age groups: 9 & under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, and 90+.
Bib pickup is handled by event staff starting one hour before the event; a bib number is required for pickup and can be obtained through self lookup or bib lookup. Registrants who register within 24 hours of the event are noted to receive their bib number by text within approximately 90 seconds.
