The event takes place at Sunnybrook Park / Wilket Creek Park, 1132 Leslie St., Toronto. The in-person event starts and finishes at Wilket Creek Park and follows the paved paths of the Toronto park system. A virtual option allows participants to complete the distance anywhere, on roads or trails.

In-person registration includes a PUMA running hat, an exclusive finisher medal, and a personalized race bib if registered by the stated deadline. The virtual registration includes a PUMA running hat, a finisher medal, a virtual bib, free domestic shipping of the race kit, and a downloadable finisher certificate. The race is timed and results are provided by Chiptime Results. Aid stations are available on course and there is a post-race gathering with sponsor activations.

The PUMA Toronto Women’s Run Series supports the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO). The series’ 2026 fundraising goal is CA$70,000, bringing total funds raised since 2009 to more than CA$750,000. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
