Race resources include a downloadable route map and a 12 week training plan. Course accuracy certificate numbers are provided for both races and the event operates under licence number 31570.
Local arrangements note that the main seafront road between Torquay and Paignton will be closed from 7:00am on race day; participants and visitors should allow extra travel time. Victoria Car Park on Garfield Road Paignton TQ4 6AU is recommended for parking. Great Western Railway services run to Torquay and Paignton as a public transport option.
On-site facilities at Paignton Green include urinals, portaloos and public toilets; public toilets charge 30p (cash or contactless). All finishers receive a metal medal and finisher T shirts are optional at registration. Podium trophies will be awarded for the first three male and female finishers; age category winners receive a code for free entry the following year. Age categories include U20 and veteran groups VO35 to VO75 for both sexes.
Entry management options note a refundable registration choice, transfers via the event booking platform with a £5 administration fee after the deadline, and that deferrals are not offered.
