Event facilities include toilets on Paignton Green, comprising urinals and portaloos, plus public toilets that charge 30p (cash or contactless). Parking is limited; the organiser recommends Victoria Car Park on Garfield Road, Paignton TQ4 6AU. The main seafront road between Torquay and Paignton will be closed on race day; attendees are advised to allow extra travel time and follow diversion signage.
All finishers receive a medal; a finisher T-shirt is optional and must be selected when registering. Trophies are awarded to the first three male and female finishers, and age category winners receive a code to claim free entry for the following year. Age categories include U20 and multiple veteran categories from VO35 to VO75 for both sexes. The minimum entry age is 17.
Entries can opt in for Refundable Registration. Transfers to another runner are possible via the booking account; a £5 admin fee may apply after the transfer deadline. No deferrals are offered. The event holds licence numbers 2022-43569 and 2022-43570 and course accuracy certificates 21/237 and 21/226. Recent figures show around 2,900 participants and substantial spectator numbers.
