Torbay Half Marathon : event information
The Torbay Half Marathon with an associated 10K takes place in Paignton on Sunday 20 September 2026. The event centre is Paignton Green (postcode TQ4 6AG) and the organiser provides a What3words location ///fingernails.sadly.shiny. The main seafront road between Torquay and Paignton will be closed from 7:00am; road closures may affect travel and parking.

Organisers recommend Victoria Car Park on Garfield Road, Paignton (TQ4 6AU); other car parks and on‑street spaces may be limited. Toilets and portaloos are available on Paignton Green; public toilets on the green charge 30p (cash or contactless). All finishers receive a metal medal; finisher T‑shirts are optional and must be selected during registration. Trophies are awarded to the first three male and female finishers. Age category winners receive a code for free entry to the following year. Age categories include U20 and veterans from V35 up to V75 for both sexes.
Entries can opt in for Refundable Registration. Entries may be transferred via the event booking platform; transfers after the deadline incur a £5 administration fee. No deferrals are offered. Volunteer roles are available via a sign up form.
