Top Gun 40th Anniversary : 17 and 18 October 2026
The event takes place in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, at the Premier Inn, Lakeside Grove, MK7 8HP. Races are held around Caldecotte Lake on clockwise laps. Distances offered:
- Marathon - 7½ laps of the lake (plus a 50k option)
- Half marathon - 3½ laps of the lake
Race format, entry and rules
Course descriptions are provided by the organiser. Registration includes a route description issued at the event location. Time limits apply: marathons have a hard limit of 7 hours (finishers over this recorded as DNF) and half marathons have a 4 hour limit. All finishers receive a unique bespoke medal. Race support includes a starter, timekeeper and race referee, a large pub car park, and water and toilet facilities every lap of the lake course. The event is held in accordance with 100 Marathon Club rules. Equipment requirements note suitable clothing and footwear. Entry fees are listed as £39.99 for each marathon and £34.99 for each half marathon. Refunds are not offered; entries may be deferred up to seven days before the event and must be used within 18 months.
