Event overview
The Tonbridge 10K is scheduled for Sunday 21 September 2026. The course is a 10-kilometre road run that uses tarmac for the first 8.5 km and switches to pavement for the final section. There is a small climb at 1.5 km and a larger climb at 7.2 km; the remainder of the route is either flat or downhill. Awards include male and female 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, age-group prizes and a top team prize.

Race headquarters is at Stocks Green School, Leigh Road, Tonbridge, Kent TN11 9AE. Facilities at HQ include bag storage, refreshments and toilets. Numbers and timing chips are not posted and must be collected at registration. Entry fees are listed as £20/£22, with on-the-day entries at £25. Online entries close at 8 pm on the preceding Thursday and pre-race emails are sent within 48 hours. In-ear and over-ear headphones are not permitted; bone-conduction headphones are allowed.
