Tonbridge 10K
The Tonbridge 10K is a 10 km road race in Tonbridge, Kent. The course runs on tarmac for the first 8.5 km and then continues on pavement for the final section. There is a small climb at 1.5 km and a larger climb at 7.2 km; the remainder of the route is either flat or downhill.
Race headquarters are at Stocks Green School, Leigh Road, Tonbridge TN11 9AE. Marshals and signage are provided along the course. Bag storage, refreshments and toilets are available at race headquarters.
Awards include medals and trophies for first to third placed male and female finishers, prizes by age group and a top team prize. Numbers and timing chips are not posted and must be collected at registration. Entry fees are listed as £20/£22 with on the day entries at £25. Online entries close at 8 pm on the preceding Thursday and pre-race emails are sent within 48 hours of entry closure.
The organiser prohibits in ear and over ear headphones during the race; bone conduction headphones are permitted. Participants are subject to the organiser's terms and conditions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
