Woldingham Full and Half Marathon
The Woldingham Full and Half Marathon takes place in the scenic countryside of Surrey. The event offers two distinct distances:
- Full Marathon (26.2 miles)
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
The course is designed as an out and back loop. Participants in the Half Marathon complete the circuit once, while those in the Full Marathon complete it twice. The race begins at Woldingham School and follows a private road through a green valley before heading south toward the North Downs Way.
The route consists of a mix of terrain, including private roads, trail paths, and pedestrian footpaths. Runners pass through several notable locations, including the North Downs Way, Vanguard Way, and the Woldingham Golf Club. The course features significant elevation changes, including a steep climb marked as the Vanguard Way and sections with steps. Participants will experience views overlooking Kent, Surrey, and the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside.
The event provides on-course support with stocked aid stations and signage. Every finisher receives a goody bag that includes a race-specific t-shirt, a medal, and various snacks. Additional food and refreshments are available at the end of the race. Parking and bag storage are available on-site at Woldingham School.
