Tombstone 30k/50k/50 mile
The Tombstone event is a set of trail races held at Sunset Hill Farm County Park in Valparaiso, IN on March 13, 2027. The event offers three distance options and a 16 hour time limit to complete each course.

The course includes sections known as the "Roller Coaster" hills. One aid station is located at the start and finish area. Runners receive event apparel including a limited edition t-shirt and winter hat or gloves, plus a cowboy hat. Finish awards differ by distance: 30k finishers receive a hand-made wooden medal, and 50k and 50 mile finishers receive belt buckles.
The event is organized by the Crazy Legs Race Series, which supports races on unpaved and paved surfaces in Northwest Indiana and stages events in parks across Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties. The series states an inclusive registration policy that allows transgender runners to register under the gender they identify with without providing documentation. The organizers also acknowledge that the races take place on land historically associated with the Miami, Shawnee, and Illinois Nations and note other peoples who have stewarded the area, including the Lenape.
