Tin Cup Challenge
The Tin Cup Challenge is a community fundraising event administered by the Community Foundation of Teton Valley. Event Day is on July 18, 2026 at Driggs City Park. The organized giving period runs June 12 to July 24.
Event Day combines timed races and family activities with a nonprofit festival. Race and activity options include:
- 5K timed race
- 10K timed race
- Fun Run/Walk
- Diaper Derby
Qualifying nonprofit organizations in Teton Valley participate in the program and on Event Day. Donations made during the giving period are partially matched through a grouping of donors called Challengers, which increases the impact of individual gifts. Reported program figures include 1,623 Tin Cup donors, 228 Tin Cup Challengers, 69 Challenger Friends, and 64 participating nonprofits, with a 52% match percentage. The 2025 campaign raised $3,881,656 and the cumulative total for the program is $30,862,434.
The event brings together donor participation and nonprofit booths to support local causes.
