Wildwood Trail Marathon - Wildwood, MO : December 5, 2026
The Wildwood Trail Marathon is a trail running event hosted by Terrain Trail Runners at LaSalle Springs Middle School in Wildwood, Missouri. The 2026 edition marks the event's 10th year and includes multiple distance options.

- 1/2 Marathon (approximately 13.1-ish miles)

Courses combine paved greenway, crushed gravel and dirt, with about 90 percent single-track trail. The marathon route includes rocks and roots and lists an approximate elevation gain of 1,700 ft. The half marathon lists an approximate elevation gain of 750 ft. The 10K is an out-and-back on paved and crushed-gravel surfaces with minimal technical terrain.
Aid stations are manned and stocked with water, an electrolyte drink, Hammer gels, and fruit at Sherman Beach aid station. Approximate distances between aid stations are about 5.5 miles, with no gap greater than roughly 7.5 miles. Restrooms are available at the start/finish; Sherman Beach has facilities for some distances.
This event is cup-free; runners should carry a drinking receptacle and a mess kit for post-race food. A reusable collapsible cup is available for purchase at packet pickup for $5 cash only. Packet pickup is held at LaSalle Springs Middle School on race weekend. Race day registration is accepted onsite for all distances; race day swag is not guaranteed and race day transactions are cash only. The event partners with the Trail Mix Fund to offer sponsored entries for those who cannot afford registration. Registrations close November 29, 2026.
