On-site packet pickup is available on race day; pre-race pickup may be offered at select locations and details will be emailed to registered participants. 5k/10k/Half Marathon registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal; the 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed and include event shirts and medals as described for each. Chip timing, live results, free photos, and snacks at the finish are listed as included for timed events. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and mailed packet; virtual packets are scheduled to ship the Wednesday after the race and virtual results can be uploaded. Age-group awards apply to the timed races with overall and masters categories and top-three placements across standard age brackets; the Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events do not qualify for age-group awards. The organizer states a no-refund policy and that events proceed regardless of most weather conditions; cancellation may result in transfer to the virtual event.
