Chaskis Run : San Antonio community fundraiser
Engineers Without Borders at UTSA student chapter and Texas Partners of the Americas present a community running event at 19399 NW Military Hwy, San Antonio, TX. The event includes two timed and untimed distance options and aims to raise funds for relief work in Vina Vieja, Peru, plus ongoing projects in Texas, Perú and Mexico.

- 3.1 miles Chaskis 5K Run/Walk
- 1 mile 1-Mile Walk
Chip timing is provided by IAAP. Awards are given by overall placement and age groups; there are no finisher medals. Overall male and female winners plus masters winners are recognized. Age group awards follow 10-year categories and are based on chip time. Overall winner awards are based on gun time. Organizers note there will be no duplication of awards.
Entry fees vary by date tier and by event. The 5K has staged pricing tiers and the 1-mile entry fee has a separate race day price. All entry fees are nonrefundable. Packet pick-up takes place at the race site on race day. Registering by October 20th is listed as the deadline to guarantee shirt size.
