St. Patrick-Themed Running Event in Omaha
The Time to Paddy 5k/10k and Lucky 13.1 takes place at Miller's Landing in Omaha, Nebraska. This event features a St. Patrick-themed atmosphere and is organized to accommodate participants across various distances. Participants can choose from several chip-timed races or untimed fun runs.
The event offers the following distances:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10k (6.2 miles)
- 5k (3.1 miles)
- 1 mile (untimed)
- Kid's Dash (untimed, for ages 10 and under)
Registered participants in the timed distances receive a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. The Kid's Dash provides youth-sized shirts and a specifically crafted medal, though children may participate for free if they do not wish to receive the event memorabilia. Those participating in the 1 mile event also receive a shirt and medal but do not receive a chip time.
The event includes a team competition where groups can compete for the "Biggest Paddy" award. Registered teams of five or more members are eligible for partial registration fee refunds once specific member thresholds are met. Live results and awards are provided on-site, along with professional photos and post-race food. A virtual participation option is also available for those unable to attend in person.
