Event details
The Omaha Costco Marathon takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Omaha, Nebraska. The event is organized by the Aksarben Athletic Club and is the second annual running of this course. The route covers 26.2 miles. Registration is free; donations are encouraged to fund water, Gatorade, and Costco snacks for mobile aid stations. Registration closes the day before the event, December 12, 2025.
Course and logistics
The course links three Costco locations in the Omaha area: the La Vista, Maple, and Dodge warehouses. The start and finish are listed at 12300 W Dodge Rd, Omaha, NE 68514. Participants are asked to meet on the west side of the Costco parking lot adjacent to Tommy’s Express Car Wash. Organizers note this is not run by a professional race company and that there will be no official timing, awards, or race swag. Groups are expected to run at a range of paces, with likely marathon finish times from about 3:30 to 5:00.
