Golden Harvest Half Marathon & 5K/10K - Chattanooga
This event takes place in Chattanooga, TN on September 12, 2027. It offers several race options, a virtual entry, and a volunteer-then-run option. Packet swag and a custom bib are provided for most race options; many races include a finisher medal and a designer shirt.
Distances and formats offered:
- Kid's Dash, 50 m, untimed, for ages 10 and under
- 1 Mile, untimed
- 5K, 3.1 miles
- 10K, 6.2 miles
- Half Marathon, 13.1 miles
- Running Buddy Half Marathon, 13.1 miles, requires prior approval
- Virtual Run, participant chooses location and day
Timing and awards: the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon include chip timing with live results and awards. The kid's dash and 1 mile are untimed events.
Pricing and registration notes: youth pricing for the 5K and 10K is $17 for ages 12 and under. Registrants who want a guaranteed shirt must register by midnight on Thursday two Thursdays before race day.
Virtual participants receive a digital bib, an event shirt, a finisher medal, and shipping for their packet; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race. Virtual entrants can upload times starting on the event day and may upload photos to the participant photo album.
Volunteer then Run: volunteers are asked to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup to help, then may run any distance offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
