Event overview
The Tillamook Burn Trail Run takes place May 16 and 17, 2026, at Reehers Camp in the Tillamook State Forest in Oregon. The event is staged in a second-growth forest that features single-track trails, waterfalls, stream crossings and many standing snags and charred stumps left from historic forest fires. Event staging, parking, bib pickup and the finish are at Reehers Camp.

The 50 mile race is a point-to-point route crossing the Oregon Coast Range with about 42 miles of singletrack and 8 miles of forest road, roughly 9,000 feet of ascent and 8,400 feet of descent, and seven aid stations. The 55K is described as a lollipop loop run almost entirely on singletrack, about 35 miles with 6,900 feet of ascent and 6,900 feet of descent, and five full aid stations. The double option consists of running the 50 mile race on Saturday and the 55K on Sunday.
Logistics and services
Event services listed for participants include a fully marked course, chip timing and live finish results, full service aid stations, professional medical support, radio communications, post-race meal and beverages, a custom finisher award and photography. Parking is at Reehers Camp day-use only; one vehicle per participant, no overnight parking, and RVs and trailers are not allowed. A $12 shuttle bus fee applies for runners needing transport to the 50 mile start. Closest hotels are in Hillsboro and Forest Grove; nearby camping is available at Stub Stewart State Park.
