Tiger Tri 2026
Tiger Tri 2026 is the third annual event presented by the University of Missouri Triathlon Club. It takes place at the Mizzou Rec, 1000 Rollins St, Columbia, MO 65203, on Sunday, February 1, 2026. The event offers separate categories for Age Group, Collegiate, and Mizzou Students.
Race distances include:
- 500 m swim - 50 m pool, split lanes, start off wall, no diving.
- 10 mile bike - stationary bikes; SPD clips accepted, SPD-SL not compatible.
- 5 km run - 10 laps outdoors on Stankowski Track, indoor alternative if weather.
Heats run hourly and heat assignments are distributed a few days before the event; there is a brief meeting on the pool deck before each swim start. Athletes have access to lockers and space for backpacks. After each leg there are approximately ten minute gaps to change clothing. Towels will be available for drying sweat. Awards are presented to top finishers for each gender in each category.
This event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon, so a USAT membership is required; a single day membership is available during registration. For collegiate athletes the race can qualify competitors for Nationals but is not scored within the conference. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
