Three Creeks Torrent Trail Runs is scheduled for March 14, 2026, at Three Creeks Conservation Area near Columbia, Missouri. The event offers four distances:
- 50K
- 20 mile
- 10 mile
- 10 mile ruck (min 30 lb men or 20 lb women)
Entry fees listed are $70 for the 50K, $59 for the 20 mile, and $54 for the 10 mile run or 10 mile ruck. The race field is limited to 135 competitors combined. There is no race day registration and no refunds; runners may transfer entries within the organizer’s specified transfer windows. Shirts are guaranteed for those who register by February 10; finishers receive a special item. Awards for overall male and female in each race include entry to next year’s race or a specified alternative race.
Course and logistics
The course is an approximate 10 mile loop composed of about 80% single-track trail and 20% jeep or gravel road. Each loop includes roughly ten creek crossings and about 950 feet of elevation gain. Race headquarters is the trailhead at the end of Deer Park Road. Two aid stations are provided - the start/finish area and Tomlin Hill trailhead - stocked with food and drinks. The event is cup free; all participants must carry a water bottle or hydration pack. 50K and 20 mile competitors may leave drop bags at the start for use on later loops. Ruck rules require minimum carried weight, gear checks at start and finish, and that weight be carried for the full course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
