Event overview
The Three Creeks Torrent Trail Runs take place on March 14, 2026, at Three Creeks Conservation Area near Columbia, Missouri. The event is sponsored by the Columbia Track Club and offers these distances:
- 50K
- 20 mile
- 10 mile
- 10 mile ruck (min 30 lb men or 20 lb women)
Entry fees are $70 for the 50K, $59 for 20 miles, and $54 for the 10 mile and 10 mile ruck. Registration by February 10 guarantees a race shirt and finishing item. The race field is limited to 135 competitors combined. There is no race day registration and no refunds; transfers and transfers to another runner are allowed within published deadlines. Awards include entry to next year’s race or the 2026 Rock Bridge Revenge for overall male and female in each race.
Course and logistics
The course is an approximate 10 mile loop used for multiple laps by longer distances. It is roughly 80% single track and 20% jeep/gravel road, with varied terrain, about ten creek crossings per loop, and approximately 950 feet of elevation gain per loop. Race headquarters is at the Deer Park Road trailhead. Two aid stations are provided on course with food and drinks; port-a-potties are available at the trailhead and the Tomlin Hill aid station. The event is cup free and all participants must carry a water bottle or hydration pack. Time limits are 8 hours for the 50K, 7 hours for 20 miles, and 6 hours for the 10 mile and 10 mile ruck. Ruck participants must carry the stated minimum weight throughout and will be checked at start and finish; trekking poles and weighted vests are allowed.
