Tiger Bass 5K Run/Walk
The Tiger Bass 5K Run/Walk returns to Bluffton on Saturday, June 20, 2026. This community event takes place at Hampton Lake and is open to runners, walkers, and families. The event features two primary categories:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 5K Youth (Discounted for ages 17 and under)
The course begins at The Barn amenity center and follows a route through the Hampton Lake neighborhoods. Participants will cross various bridges and pass lakeside views, with the path including the Peninsula and Bridge Side Park. The event is also open to four-legged participants, who may join their owners on the course.
Awards are presented to the top male and female finishers overall, as well as the top three finishers in several age categories spanning from under 12 to 80 plus. There is also a dedicated award category for the top three dogs. Participants who complete their registration by June 1st are eligible to receive a short-sleeve event shirt, with sizes ranging from Youth Small to Adult 2XL.
Packet pick-up is held the day before the race at Palmetto Running Company in Bluffton, as well as on the morning of the event at Hampton Lake. Registration is handled online, with a specific deadline in place prior to race day, as no registrations are accepted on the morning of the event.
