Tiger Bass 5K Run/Walk
The Tiger Bass 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2026, in Bluffton, South Carolina. The event is based at The Barn amenity center at Hampton Lake, 7 Hampton Lake Dr. The route runs through Hampton Lake neighborhoods and includes bridges, lakeside views, the Peninsula, and Bridge Side Park. Walkers, runners, families, and dogs are welcome. A youth entry option is available for ages 6 to 17.
Registration, awards and logistics
Events listed are the 5K Run/Walk and a 5K Youth (17 and under) discount. Adult registration is priced at $35; youth registration is $25. Registration opens January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST. Online registration closes June 18, 2026 at 5:59 PM; there is no race day registration. A student discount is offered with valid ID.
Medals will be presented to top male and female finishers overall and to the top three in each age group: under 12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+, plus top three dogs. Participants registered by June 1 will receive a short sleeve event shirt (sizes Youth Small to Adult 2XL); shirts are not guaranteed for late registrants.
Packet pick-up is scheduled Friday, June 19, 4:00–6:00 PM at Palmetto Running Company, 25 Minetta Lane, Bluffton, and on race day at Hampton Lake. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
