Tick Tock Ultra
Tick Tock Ultra is a lake-lapping endurance event held at Lake Hollingsworth in Lakeland, FL, at 929 Lake Hollingsworth Drive. The course uses a paved walkway that follows the lake and is measured as a 2.84 mile lap. Participants log as many laps as possible within fixed time limits.
Event formats include:
- 12 hour individual
- 6 hour individual
- 12 hour relay for teams of three to five
The relay allows one team member on course at a time and totals laps cumulatively for the team. Relay entries are limited to 20 teams. Overall entry is limited to the first 200 entrants.
Food is available at the Runners Village and includes pancakes, hotdogs and hamburgers, quesadillas, smoked and grilled chicken, smoked pork butt and brisket served later, and typical race snacks and beverages. Portions of each entry fee are donated to the Pheel Good Foundation.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in the 6 and 12 hour events, masters awards for the top over 40 finishers, finisher awards for runners or relay teams completing ten laps, and overall relay trophies for the top two teams. Current course records through 2025 include a 12 hour female distance of 79.52 miles (2014) and a 12 hour male distance of 82.36 miles (2024).
Entries received by September 1, 2026 guarantee shirt size and name on the race bib. Registration closes September 24, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
