Tick Tock Ultra
Tick Tock Ultra is a timed lake-lap endurance event held at Lake Hollingsworth in Lakeland, FL. Participants run repeated laps of a paved walkway that circles the lake. Each lap measures 2.84 miles and runners log as many laps as they can within the event time limits.
Event formats:
- 12-hour individual
- 12-hour 5-person relay
- 6-hour individual
Relay teams consist of 3 to 5 members with one runner on course at a time. Relay results are cumulative for the team. Relay entries are limited to 20 teams. Individual entries are limited to 200 participants total.
On-course support and amenities include a Runners Village with hot grilled food such as pancakes, hotdogs, hamburgers, quesadillas, and smoked or grilled chicken. Smoked pork butt and brisket are offered beginning around 3pm. Additional snacks and beverages are available.
Awards are given to the top finishers in the 6 and 12 hour races by gender, masters awards for the next over-40 finishers, finisher awards for anyone or any relay team completing at least 10 laps, and overall relay awards for top teams. Portions of every entry fee are donated to the Pheel Good Foundation.

Course records through 2025 include 12 hour bests around 82.36 miles for men and 79.52 miles for women, a 12 hour relay best of 110.76 miles, and 6 hour bests near 39.76 miles for men and 36.92 miles for women. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
