Santa's Run Fest is presented by the Winter Haven Optimist Club and is scheduled for Saturday, December 20, 2025, in Winter Haven, FL. The event offers multiple running distances:

Course, awards and logistics
The 15k, 10k and 5k use an out-and-back route on the Chain of Lakes Trail in Winter Haven, with the 15k running to Lake Alfred. The course description notes gentle rises. Participants receive a custom shirt, bib, and a finisher medal; shirts and sizes are guaranteed for those pre-registered before November 23, 2025. Race packets include sponsor items.
Teams may be formed in three categories - Family, Corporate, and Social/Church/School - with trophies for Largest Team and Fastest Team (fastest determined by the top three 5k finishing times).
