Race format and logistics

The 15k, 10k and 5k courses use an out-and-back route on the Chain of Lakes Trail in Winter Haven, with the 15k extending to Lake Alfred. The courses include gentle rises. Entry categories and listed prices include adults and student divisions; example prices shown are $50 for the 15k, $45 for the adult 10k, $30 for the student 10k, $40 for the adult 5k, $25 for the student 5k, and $10 for the Kid's Run. Shirts and sizes are guaranteed for pre-registrations made before November 23, 2025; later registrations receive shirts while supplies last. Registered runners receive a custom bib and a finisher medal, and race packets include sponsor items. Teams may form for two trophies in each category: Largest Team (by number of competing runners) and Fastest Team (based on the top three finishing times in the 5k). Early packet pickup is available on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce building. Volunteer registration is available and lists an age range of 16 to 90.
