Thunder Chicken 100K Stage Races : Greensfelder County Park, Wildwood MO
The Thunder Chicken 100K is a three day trail running stage event hosted at Greensfelder County Park, Beulah Shelter, in Wildwood, Missouri. The race links several adjacent park systems and trail networks in west St. Louis County, including Rockwoods Range and Rockwoods Reservation.

Stage 1 traverses Fossil Ridge, Deer Run and Rockwoods Range singletrack with creek crossings and varied footing, and totals about 2,650 feet of elevation gain. Stage 2 covers the Beulah Trail length plus Green Rock, Rock Quarry and the Lime Kiln loop, mixing flowing singletrack with long, steep climbs and about 4,150 feet of cumulative gain. Stage 3 links DeClue, Dogwood, Deer Run and Eagle Valley, features faster flowing singletrack and a final hard climb of roughly 340 feet, totaling about 1,850 feet of gain.
Event logistics note at least one aid station per stage. The event follows a cup free, zero waste approach so participants are expected to use personal drinking receptacles and a mess kit for post race food. Race registration includes a custom t-shirt, stage medals, and a custom belt buckle for three day finishers. Post race refreshments include snacks, beer, and a taco bar on the final day.
