About the race
The Three Village Turkey Trot 5K is a community running event held on November 21, 2026 at Ward Melville High School, 380 Old Town Road, Setauket, NY 11733. The event is organized by the Ward Melville High School PTSA as a senior scholarship fundraiser; proceeds will provide scholarships to graduating seniors. The event is scheduled to run rain or shine.
Two distances are offered:
- 3.1 Miles 5K Turkey Trot
- 250 Yards Kids fun run
Online registration opens on 8/20/2026 and closes on 11/20/2026; in-person registration is available the morning of the event in the high school cafeteria. Registration fees listed by the organizer are $30.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the kids fun run.
Organizers list sponsorship levels and amounts for businesses and community members: Green $100, Gold $250, and Platinum $500. Donations are tax deductible and sponsorship recognition will be displayed on a banner with font size reflecting sponsorship level. Organizers anticipate a turnout of over 600 community members.
