Event Information

The Thomas J. Frericks 5K is a 5 km run/walk event. It takes place on the campus of the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, and coincides with the university's Family Weekend. The race starts in front of the University of Dayton RecPlex.

Registration for the in-person event costs $30. Participants who register by September 1 receive a t-shirt. Registration opens on May 1, 2026.

Proceeds from the event benefit the University of Dayton's Department of Health and Sport Science and Phi Epsilon Kappa.
