The Santa Run 1 mile and 5k takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Middletown, Ohio. The event is based at Gravel Road Brewing, 916 1st Ave, Middletown, OH 45042. It offers the following race distances:

Registration is listed with a regular fee of $30 and a youth rate of $15 for ages 1-15. Early bird pricing is $25 through November 29, 2025, and the fee increases to $30 on November 30, 2025. Registration closes on December 13, 2025.
Course, services, awards, and charity
The course starts at Gravel Road Brewing, uses the local bike path, and loops back through a historic neighborhood on South Main Street and downtown Middletown. Every participant receives a Santa hat, a keepsake Christmas ornament, and a hot drink ticket from the coffee truck. There is a milk-and-cookie aid station at the 1 mile turnaround and water is available. Pre-race packet pickup is provided at the start line area.
Awards include finisher awards for everyone, 1st-3rd place male and female awards in the 5k, and a prize for the jolliest Santa. Toys For Tots will collect new, unwrapped toys and monetary donations at the event. Gravel Road Brewing will offer half off the first beer for adults.
