Registration is available to all through RunSignup prior to the race and on race day via in-person registration or hard copy sheets. Minors may be registered by a parent or guardian or in-person with a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver. All current ORRRC members are eligible for waived fees when their membership profile is used or proof of membership is presented; non-members pay $10 for ages 15 and up and the event is free for ages 14 and under. Members who do not register through RunSignup must show proof of membership on race day to receive the member fee.
All participants must check in before the race and attach the assigned timing chip to a shoe; timing chips are distributed at a table with a green tablecloth. The race has a total cutoff of 4.5 hours to complete the distance, and participants must reach the final aid station by 3.5 hours (12 PM). Runners who finish before the cutoff receive a commemorative finisher award.
