Event overview
The Thirsk 10 is a road running and wheelchair race held in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. Distances offered:

- 1.5 miles fun run for children
The course is a single lap on partially closed roads. It is flat and has been formally measured by England Athletics. The course was updated for 2025. The event includes prizes for the first five overall men and women, age-category prizes and spot prizes. Wheelchair athletes are eligible to compete.
Logistics and entry
Race headquarters are at Thirsk Racecourse, Station Road, Thirsk, YO7 1QL. Facilities at the event include water stations, distance markers, toilets and an unmanned baggage store; there are no changing facilities or showers. A cut-off time is in place at the 5 mile marker of 75 minutes. Baggage items are left at the owner’s risk.
Entry is limited to 1100 places. Entry fees are £23.00 for affiliated runners and £25.00 for unaffiliated runners. T-shirts are included with entry in sizes XS to XXL; requests for XXS or XXXL can be added. Selecting no T-shirt triggers a donation to the event charities. Refunds and transfers are subject to deadlines and conditions; deferral to the next year is not available. The organiser is Thirsk & Sowerby Harriers.
