The Jolly Holly Jog 2025 is a road and off-road running event organised by Ripon Runners in Ripon, North Yorkshire on 28 December 2025. The advertised distance is 10 kilometres on a single lap. Entry is limited to 1,000 places, with 550 remaining at the time of the listing. Entry fees vary by affiliation and options, with prices shown between £17.50 and £24.50 depending on choices such as a race T shirt or a tree-planting option. Entry on the day is not available. Course, facilities and other information
The course is a scenic, undulating, multi-terrain route mainly on public footpaths through parkland, starting near Hell Wath Nature Reserve and passing through woods and Studley Deer Park before returning to the finish at the field. The route is not suitable for wheelchairs, prams or pushchairs. A route map will be displayed at Race HQ on the day.
Race HQ is at Panthers Football Club, Hell Wath Playing Fields (HG4 2JT). Facilities include water stations, distance markers and toilets, plus portable toilets at the Start/Finish area. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage store. Mobile refreshments will be available at the Start/Finish area. Prizes are given for 1st to 3rd male and female, age-grade winners and an annual trophy for the first locally based club runner. The event supports a nearby food bank and a drop-off point will be available at Race HQ for donations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
