There's No Place Like Homeward Pet 5K Walk/Run
Homeward Pet Adoption Center organizes the 4th Annual 5K Walk/Run on September 19, 2026, at Wilmot Gateway Park in Woodinville, Washington. The event benefits Homeward Pet and the animals in its care.
The in-person course follows the Sammamish River Trail for 1.5 miles to a turnaround near the Hollywood School House District. The trail is paved and mostly flat. Well behaved pets may attend on a standard 4 to 6 foot leash. The event includes splash pads for dogs, a photo booth, and vendors. Themed costumes are encouraged. Parking will be limited; carpooling or arranging drop off and pick up is suggested.
