Event overview
The Oktoberfest Fly Away Run is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2026, in Kenmore, WA. The 2026 edition is the 7th Annual Fly Away Run and is part of Kenmore’s Oktoberfest celebration, which is in its 3rd year. The event launches from the Burke-Gilman Trail access point at 192 Brewing Co. Lake Trail Taproom & Copperworks Distilling (7324 NE 175th Street, Kenmore). The course is a timed, marked out-and-back route on the Burke-Gilman Trail, heading east toward Bothell.

Entry and logistics
Registration opens February 20, 2026. Prices listed are $40 for the 5K and $50 for the 10K; ages 15 and under are charged $15 at checkout. All registered participants receive a commemorative medal. Event giveaways are guaranteed for registrations completed by September 1 and available while supplies last after that date. Bib pick-up is scheduled the week of the race at the Bothell Kenmore Chamber Office (Wednesday - Thursday), at the launch location on Friday, and on the day of the event. Leashed pets, pet strollers, and wagons are allowed on the course; owners must clean up after animals. Parking is available on nearby streets and at the Kenmore Park & Ride, which has crosswalk access at the traffic light. Awards will acknowledge top male and female finishers in four age brackets: 0-12, 13-17, 18-59, and 60+. Proceeds support the Bothell Kenmore Chamber community programs.
