Huntsville Half Marathon
The Huntsville Half Marathon is a long-standing running event held in Huntsville, Alabama, organized by the Huntsville Track Club. The event centers around a single distance:

The course is located in South Huntsville, starting and finishing at the Hillwood Baptist Church on Kohler Road. The route is described as flat and fast, and is frequently used by participants to establish personal records or as a preparation race for the Rocket City Marathon. Because the course is flat, it is accessible for those participating in the distance for the first time.
Support on the course includes aid stations positioned approximately every 2 miles. these stations provide water, electrolyte drinks, energy gels, and fruit. Portable toilets are also located at these intervals. Organizers plan for entertainment to be present along the route during the event.
The race is subject to a 3.5 hour time limit due to city permit requirements. Parking at the start and finish area is limited, and participants are instructed to follow the guidance of on-site volunteers.
