The Woodstock Races : 15k and 5k
The Woodstock Races hold two road races on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, May 24, 2026, at the Lineman Institute of the North East, 1700 Sawkill Road, Kingston, NY. The courses run on country roads outside of Woodstock and are described as scenic.

Both races are open to all entrants. The 15k serves as ORC Grand Prix race number 3; to score Grand Prix points, participants must be current members of the Onteora Runners Club. The event offers unisex tank top style t shirts to the first 100 registrants, with a size guarantee for those who register by May 2. There are plentiful refreshments along with unique awards given by standard 10 year age groups for the 15k and to the top three men and top three women in the 5k.
Pre registration fee is $30 and the fee for current ORC members is $25. Day of registration is available at the race site for a higher fee. Participants are invited to visit the Village of Woodstock or Kingston after the races. Carpooling is encouraged. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
