The Wine Run at Sakonnet Vineyard takes place on October 17, 2026, at Sakonnet Vineyard in Little Compton, RI. The event includes the main Wine Run plus separate BBQ Only and Kids BBQ Only options held at the same location.
The running course is approximately 3 miles along varying trails and finishes among the vineyard vines. The trail surface is uneven and includes rocks, ruts, and other terrain typical of trails; participants should watch their step.
Following the run there will be dinner, wine, and music in the vineyard. Race participants receive a souvenir wine glass. General race entry includes parking, race entry, professional race timing, a t-shirt, a wine glass and wine, dinner, and music. The dinner only option includes parking, wine, dinner, and music.
