The Wales Swimrun

The Wales Swimrun is a coastal swimrun event set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the only coastal national park in the UK. The route uses sections of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and passes craggy coastal coves and blue flag beaches.

Two distance formats are offered, and each format allows entries as either a solo competitor or a two-person team. The event is endorsed by ENVOL. Course maps and GPX downloads are available for both formats.

Event pricing is published for each distance and a payment plan option is available.

Full Distance: Swim 7K / Run 26K. From £185.
Sprint: Swim 4.7K / Run 14K. From £135.
