The Wales Swimrun

The Wales Swimrun is scheduled for 01 August 2026 and is set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The course uses sections of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and runs along coastal coves and blue flag beaches.

The event is ENVOL endorsed and offers both solo and team entry options. There are two route formats with published swim and run distances and downloadable GPX files for each course. A payment plan option is listed for entries.

Full Distance: Swim 7K / Run 22K
Sprint Distance: Swim 4.7K / Run 14K
