The Wales Swimrun
The Wales Swimrun is a multi-discipline coastal event held on 24 July 2027 within the UKs only coastal national park. The course follows sections of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and combines open-water swims with trail running along the coastline. The route includes craggy coastal coves and blue flag beaches. The event is ENVOL Endorsed and offers both solo and team entry options for each distance.

- Sprint Distance: Swim 4.7K / Run 14K
Entry pricing is stated as from £135 for sprint entries and from £185 for full distance entries. A payment plan is available. GPX files for the full and sprint courses are provided for download. Participants can choose to compete alone or with a teammate in either distance format.
