The Wales Swimrun

The Wales Swimrun is a swimrun event on 24 July 2027 in Pembrokeshire, set within the United Kingdom's only coastal national park and using sections of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The course runs along the coast and passes coastal coves and blue flag beaches.

The event offers two distance formats:

Full Distance: Swim 7K / Run 22K
Sprint Distance: Swim 4.7K / Run 14K

Both distances provide the option to compete solo or with a teammate. The course is ENVOL Endorsed. GPX route files are available for each distance.
