The Wales Swimrun

The Wales Swimrun takes place along a coastal national park in the UK and uses the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The course passes craggy coastal coves and blue flag beaches and is presented as an ENVOL endorsed event.

There are two distance formats. Each distance offers entries for solo competitors and for teams. Event pricing is listed from two tiers and a payment plan is available.

Full Distance: Swim 7K / Run 26K. From £185
Sprint: Swim 4.7K / Run 14K. From £135
