Event details
The Tufty Trail Race takes place on 23 November 2025 on trails and paths in Falkland Estate, Fife. The course is approximately 5 miles and starts adjacent to Strathmiglo Village Hall, climbs toward the Lomonds, includes a loop on forest trails in Drumdreel woods, and returns via a fast downhill back toward the start. All finishers receive a race memento. Prizes are awarded to the first three overall male and female finishers and to the first male and female in the following age categories: Under 20, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Logistics and entry
Race headquarters is at Strathmiglo Village Hall (postcode KY14 7QL) where number pick-up, toilets, bag storage and limited changing facilities are provided; refreshments will be available in the hall after the race. Parking is limited to a small car park outside the hall; surrounding street parking should consider local residents. The event is pre-entry only, with no refunds or deferrals; number transfers are allowed up to seven days before the race. The entry fee is £12.
