The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course will take place in Edinburgh on Saturday 5th September 2026 at Abercorn School House, Broxburn, EH52 6PZ. The event offers multiple lap distances on an inflatable obstacle course. Adults are defined as 16+ and children as 5 to 15 years.
Course, distances and onsite information
The basic lap is a 2.5 km circuit; each lap repeats the same inflatable obstacles. Available distances:
- 2.5 km - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5 km - 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10 km - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15 km - 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Three new obstacles have been added for this edition. There are five music zones positioned around the course. Water is provided at a midpoint station. Toilets and food and drink vendors are available on site. Dogs are not permitted.
Logistics and policies: parking is charged at £5 per car; bag drop is £3 per bag with a gym-duffle size limit and bags subject to search. Children aged 5-15 must be accompanied by paying participating adults at a maximum ratio of 3 children to 1 adult. Spectators may use designated areas only. Group discounts, family tickets and charity discounts are offered. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T-shirt and a tote bag. Ticket protect is available for refunds in certain circumstances.
