Inflatable 5K - Edinburgh, Midlothian
The Inflatable 5K in Edinburgh is an inflatable obstacle event run over a 2.5 kilometre lap that is repeated for longer distances. Each lap contains a sequence of large inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels; the event is run for fun and is non timed.
Distances offered
- 2.5k : 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k : 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k : 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k : 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Event services include five music zones around the course, an on course hydration station with water midway along the route, medical cover, event photography, a finishers medal, a goodie bag and a free spectators area. The route is clearly marked and toilets are provided at the venue. Food and drink vendors will be on site.
Participation details note that children aged 5 to 15 must run with a paying participating adult at a ratio of up to three children per adult. Adults are classified as 16 years and over. Dogs are not permitted. Parking at the venue is charged at £5 per car; bag drop is available for £3 per bag with size and item restrictions and all bags subject to search.
