Event
The Telford T50 Trail Run is a winter, single-distance trail event of 50 miles organised by How Hard Can It Be Events. The next scheduled edition takes place on 6 December 2025 with Race HQ at The Unicorn Inn, Holly Road, Little Dawley, Telford TF4 3HZ. Entry fees are listed at about £65–£67. The event is open to entrants aged 18 and over.
Course and logistics
The route follows a premarked pathway around Telford and Shropshire, passing landmarks such as Ironbridge, the Wrekin and former industrial areas. There are four checkpoints on course supplying food, drinks and cake. Organisers recommend wearing trail shoes. Mandatory kit includes a waterproof jacket, a rucksack with a bladder, a fully charged mobile phone, an energy bar, a basic first aid kit and a £20 note. A cut-off time is set at 10 PM.
