Swashbuckler On Tour
Swashbuckler On Tour is a triathlon event taking place at Moyles Court School in Ringwood, Hampshire, in the New Forest. The event uses Ellingham Waterski Lake for the swim, a bike route through the New Forest that passes wild ponies and horses, and a run on quiet country roads. The venue includes an event village with catering, a mechanic, post event massage and activities for children. Finishers receive a medal, a t-shirt and post event food.
Entry options include middle, standard and sprint triathlons, plus aquabike and duathlon formats. Relay teams are accepted for the middle distance. Car parking is available at Moyles Court School and camping is available the night before the event. There will be road closures around Moyles Court for the event, and participants are required to park at the school before closures take effect.
The organiser offers volunteer marshalling roles with a dedicated manager and a volunteer reward of a free entry code for future events. - Middle: 1.9 km swim, 1 km transition run, 90 km cycle, 20 km run
- Standard: 1.1 km swim, 1 km transition run, 33 km cycle, 10 km run
- Sprint: 400 m swim, 1 km transition run, 33 km cycle, 5 km run
- Aquabike: 1900 m swim, 90 km bike, no transition run at lake
- Duathlon: 5 km run, 33 km bike, 5 km run
