Course and race format
The course uses an approximately 3.7 km trail loop made up of tree-covered trails and open field. Runners will pass one aid station every few kilometres. The event format offers:
- Full Solstice - a continuous time-based event lasting 15:23.
- Full Solstice Relay - teams up to 5 runners; each runner must complete full loops and all transitions must occur in the designated relay area.
Relay rules note that teams may switch runners frequently but may not replace a member who leaves with a new person. Each relay member receives a shirt and finishing medal; awards go to the top team in each category.
Logistics and services
There will be water, an electrolyte drink, snacks, PB and J sandwiches, and pickles at the aid station. The event is cup-less, so participants must bring a collapsible cup or bottle. Marydale Park offers close parking, washroom facilities, and a large pavilion for spectators. Participants receive a soft-spun t-shirt (unisex or women's cut) and a finisher medal. The organizer partners with La Sportiva, which will offer demo shoes and two shoe giveaways at the event.
Registration and policies
The listing shows tiered pricing for individual and team entries and indicates current status as sold out. The organizer offers a 100% race credit for cancellations up to 30 days before the race; cancellations within 30 days are not accommodated.
