The Santa Run Hess
The Santa Run Hess takes place on November 21, 2026 in Hess Village, Hamilton, Ontario, at Radius on Hess, 18 Hess St S. The event is an all Santa race in which participants are required to wear a Santa suit.
The event offers in-person and virtual options with multiple distances:
- 1K
- 5K
- 10K
- Virtual 5K
Some registration options include a velour Santa suit and a faux beard; other options allow participation without a provided suit if the runner has their own. Certain entries note chip-timed results.
Race kit pickup is scheduled on the days before the event at the Stoney Creek Running Room, Mountain Locks Plaza, Stoney Creek, and on race day at Radius on Hess. If the in-person race is cancelled, no refunds will be issued and entries will be moved to the virtual race.
Virtual participants can track and submit results using the ASICS Runkeeper app or the Race Roster virtual results page. Everyone who posts a virtual result receives a virtual finisher certificate. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
