Kicking PancreAS 5K - Burlington, ON
Kicking PancreAS 5K returns to Burlington, ON, based at the Art Gallery of Burlington on Lakeshore Road with a route along the Burlington waterfront. The event is a 5 km walk or run where participants may move at their own pace.
Proceeds support pancreatic cancer awareness, patient support, healthcare education, and Canadian research. Organizers have set a participation target of 375 people and a fundraising target of just over CA$48,000 for 2026. Funds raised are reported to remain in Canada to support related programs and research.
Included for participants are a finisher medal, a running bib, and event swag. The race route will be open for 90 minutes. Attendees are invited to wear purple and glow in the dark gear; costumes are allowed. Race kit pickup is available on November 28, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Art Gallery of Burlington, with additional pickup starting 1 hour before the event at the gallery.
