The Summer Meltdown 5K
The Summer Meltdown 5K is an athletic event held in Ave Maria, Florida. Participants follow a route through the local communities, with the course starting at the Town Center on Annunciation Circle. This event is open to both runners and walkers.

This event serves as the second installment of a three-part race series. The series includes the Grin & Bear It 5K in June and concludes with the Suck it up Buttercup 5K in August. Individuals have the option to register for the standalone July event or commit to the entire series at a discounted rate.
The first 200 participants to sign up for the race receive a t-shirt. For those participating in the full series, a specific series shirt is provided upon completion of all three events. Registration fees are structured based on age, with separate pricing tiers for students aged 21 and under and for participants over 21.
