The Studland Swimrun 2026

The Studland Swimrun takes place on the south coast of England. All races start from the National Trust village of Studland. The coastal location is known for having calm waters due to the shelter provided by the prevailing south westerly winds.

Participants can choose from three different course lengths, which are available for both solo athletes and pairs:

Short: A solo distance of 8.7 km.
Middle: A total distance of 11.1 km, available for solo athletes or pairs.
Long: A total distance of 23.6 km, available for solo athletes or pairs.
