The Springbank Sprint : 5th anniversary edition
The Springbank Sprint takes place on April 4, 2026 at Springbank Park, near 1205 Commissioners Road West, London, Ontario. The event includes running and walking on multiuse paved pathways alongside the Thames River; the route is closed to vehicular traffic.

- 10 km (walk)
- 50 metres, 100 metres, 1 km (kids' runs)
The 5 km and 10 km runs are chip-timed; kids' runs are non-timed fun runs. The 5 km, 10 km and 1 km kids' routes are out-and-back; the 50 m and 100 m kids' runs are short point-to-point courses. Aid stations with water are located at approximately 2.5 km and at 5 km and 7.5 km for 10 km runners. Portable toilets and public washrooms are available near the start/finish and on the 10 km course.
A portion of each 5 km and 10 km registration will be donated to the Children's Health Foundation. Adult participants receive an event shirt and a 5th anniversary custom medal; children receive a finisher medal and bib. Top-three prizes will be awarded in female, male, and non-binary categories if minimum participant numbers are met. Race photos will be available to download for free.
