BackRoads Festive Five : event information
BackRoads Festive Five is an annual HOHOHoliday Santa Run and walk held in London, Ontario at BackRoads Brews + Shoes on Riverbend Road. The 2025 edition is scheduled for December 13, 2025. Registration includes the run or walk and seasonal snacks in the taproom, with a stated registration fee of $20. The event is limited to 150 participants. Proceeds will benefit the London Food Bank, and registrants can make an additional donation during registration.
Route, features, and fundraising
A new 5-mile (8K) route is being added for 2025. Past iterations ran through the West 5 and Riverbend neighbourhoods and included a stop at McCormick Care Home; previous events featured costumed character appearances. The event page shows a fundraising target of $2,500 for the London Food Bank with $27.80 raised so far.
