The Shindig in the Shire - Telford
The Shindig in the Shire starts from The Unicorn Inn, TF4 3HZ, and follows a route that offers views of the Ironbridge Gorge and the famous Ironbridge. The course runs through areas linked to the local history of Ironbridge and Jackfield and returns along the Silkin Way. The route uses a mixture of paths and includes several climbs.
The event is staged as multiple laps on the same course. Participants receive event bling on completion. After the running there are ales and pub food available at the host venue.
